About Kate

Hello, my name is Kate and I am a fully qualified and passionate pluralistic therapist and hypnotherapist registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society.
I believe deeply in helping others, in providing a caring space to allow you to fully express yourself.

My approach

Time For You Therapy is a mental health service providing talking therapy and hypnotherapy services. My core belief is that you deserve a safe, caring and non-judgemental space to make the changes that you wish to, with the support you deserve. I focus on the present, on what’s going on right now, how you got here and what we’ll do to change the future.

How it works:

1. Contact me for a free initial consultation. I will answer all of your questions and you can get to know me and explain what’s going on for you. It is important that you feel safe with your therapist - my promise is to provide a non-judgemental, welcoming space for you.

2. Once you are ready, and I fully understand your needs, we will decide on a plan of action together. It may be that talking therapy is best, hypnotherapy is best or a mix of the two.

3. Each session is 50 minutes long for both talking therapy and hypnotherapy. Your individual plan will be based around your needs. Each session is tailor-made to you so that you feel as comfortable, calm and relaxed as possible. I promote an environment of open communication so you have full autonomy over your sessions.
